DEDICATED TO OUR COMMUNITY
We believe in supporting the community around us, and in doing so we have proudly partnered with Starfish Packs. Starfish Packs was started by an Abbotsford teacher who noticed that some students were coming to school hungry after the weekend, not only was it devastating to see hungry children, it was affecting their ability to excel in school. Starfish packs were created, and now backpacks are filled with a weekend’s worth of meals, to send home with those students in need. Not only are these children no longer going hungry over the weekend, their educational performances have improved helping give them a leg up in life!
